This 36"W x 6"H mattress comes in 80" or 84" lengths, and features a single piece of U core foam, making it more durable than a mattress with glued foam. Built-in side supports make transfers easier for user and caregiver. The High-resiliency foam contours the user's body for exceptional fit and comfort.
