At New Leaf Home Medical, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your item is not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
